Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient has no history of disease for which he/She is taking medicine presently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having hypertension due to other secondary diseases- Renal disease Due to other drugs Endocrinal diseases Coarctation of aorta Neurogenic causes Coeliac or Colonic disease Any other serious medical & surgically ill patients. Patients having the complication of hypertension

MeasureTime frame
To know the region of the Gastrointestinal tract at which the tablet disintegrates completely and whether the tablet reaches in the intact form up to the colon part of the gastrointestinal tract. Effectiveness of Madua containing tablet for targeted drug delivery to the colon site for the treatment of disease of the colonic region.Timepoint: Assessment-The assessment will be done at an interval of 2, 4, 8 and 24 hr after oral administration of the tablet.
