Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mild to severe visually impaired individuals for distance vision. Type II diabetes mellitus minimum duration of the condition for one year Fasting blood sugar >=126mg/dl and post prandial blood sugar >= 140mg/dl HbA1c > 7%, On oral supplements. Falls efficacy scale scores (20 - 64), TUG >=13.5 seconds, history of fall within 12 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are not able to walk. Leg amputated, severe debilitating pain. Individuals having previously diagnosed ocular diseases like glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, hypertensive retinopathy, optic nerve diseases or corneal diseases. Participants who have cognitive or neuromuscular disorders which may affect balance like stroke, Parkinsonâ??s, vertigo. Any history of lower extremity fracture. Patients not willing for home modifications
