Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Urban slum dweller 2. Willing and able to give an informed consent, 3. Less than or equal to 12 weeks of gestation (confirmed with USG / LMP) using their ANC card 4. Age group 15- 49 years 5. Has a singleton low risk pregnancy, 6. Free of major health issues (hypertension, diabetes mellitus, kidney disease) that require intensive hospital follow-up 7. Planning to attend antenatal care clinic and to deliver in the same health facility or nearby in Pune city
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with any known present co-morbidity like diabetes, hypertension, or twin pregnancy, pregnancy by means of IVF, etc. 2. Not willing to give informed consent 3. Migrant from villages or recently migrated from interiors of India 4. Planning to move to other villages for delivery
