Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women undergoing cesarean section at Teerthanker Mahaveer medical college and hospital for various indications after taking informed and written consent .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with uterine anomalies. 2) Incision laceration in Cesarean section , which may encounter uncertainties in uterine incision location and suturing technique. 3) Patients with vertical or inverted t shaped incision. 4) Patients with previous vertical or inverted T shaped incision. 5) Patient with previous history of uterine rupture . 6) Patients with co ââ?¬â?? morbidity like : moderate to severe anaemia , uncontrolled diabetes mellitus which are known to cause delayed wound healing 7) Patients with obstetric conditions causing over distension of uterus like multiple pregnancy , moderate to severe poly hydrominos . 8) Patients with more than 2 previous cesarean sections. 9 ) Patients with puerperal sepsis .
