Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient who has continuous pain for more than three months after extraction of teeth on the same side of the face. 2 Only maxillary or mandibular branch of trigeminal nerve should be involved. 3 Patient should not have any other systemic illness. 4 Normal baseline blood investigations report.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient who has continuous pain for more than three months but do not have history of extraction of teeth on the same side of the face. 2 Patients having symptoms of classical trigeminal neuralgia. 3 If central lesion is involved
