Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary dysmenorrhea Age between 15 to 45 years Regular menstrual cycle (21 to 35 days) Women with moderate and severe pain ( > 4 in VAS scale)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary dysmenorrhea Irregular menstrual cycle and excessive bleeding Use of IUCD or OCP Women with mild pain (4 and Systemic diseases (DM,HTN) Those who require surgical procedure (Endometriosis,Adenomyosis,Uterine Fibroid,Endometrial polyp)
