Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: For the prevalence part of the study: Participants with working knowledge of English language in order to complete the questionnaires and sign the informed consent. Working in formal sector (not less than 6 hours for at least four days a week). Five to twenty years of work experience. Did not have major life events stressors that impacted their stress level within the last six months. For interventional part of the study: Participants with working knowledge of English language in order to complete the questionnaires and sign the informed consent. Working in formal sector (not less than 6 hours for at least four days a week). Five to twenty years of work experience Did not have major life events stressors that impacted their stress level within the last six Sedentary women (low or moderate level of physical activity as measured by International physical activity questionnaire (IPAQ).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: For the prevalence part of the study: Participants suffering from any condition/disease/disorder that limits them from performing exercise Participants who were using therapies that may affect sleep (e.g. diuretics, continuous positive airway pressure) Participants suffering from any diagnosed Psychiatric diseases/disorders. Pregnant women Women who had delivered in past three years Peri and Post-menopausal women Participants suffering from dysmenorrhea or any other gynaecological disease or disorder Participants who underwent a physiotherapy treatment in the last six months For interventional part of the study: Participants who are highly physically active on scoring of IPAQ Participants suffering from any condition/disease/disorder that limits them from performing exercise Participants who were using therapies that may affect sleep patterns (e.g. diuretics, continuous positive airway pressure) Participants suffering from any diagnosed Psychiatric diseases/disorders. Pregnant women Women who had delivered in past three years Peri and Post-menopausal women Participants suffering from dysmenorrhea or any other gynaecological disease or disorder Participants who underwent a physiotherapy treatment in the last six months
