Intervention1: Kaba sura kudineer: Kaba sura kudineer is given twice a day after food for 3 days.
4-7 years - 15 ml(3gm decoction powder)
7-12 years - 30ml (5 gm decoction powder)

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children with any of the symptoms such as Low grade fever((98.7 <= 100.4 o F) ), difficulty in breathing, dry or productive Cough, running nose ,constipation, polyarthralgia, vomiting , malaise
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Temperature > 100.4° F H/o Active primary complex Malaria Typhoid Rheumatic Fever, Urinary tract infection children below 4 years and above 12 years
