Inclusion criteria: 1) Sinusitis 2) Migraine 3) Tension headache

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Hypertension 2) Diabetes mellitus 3) Secondary headache except sinusitis 4) Complications of CSOM 5) HIV,HBsAg positive

1.Clinical features of migraine and tension headache overlapping with ENT. 2.Correlation of clinical feature with pathology in nose and ear.Timepoint: 1 year

MeasureTime frame
No. of cases of migraine,sinusitis and tension headache in craniofacial pain cases of ENT OPD.Timepoint: 1 year;No. of cases of mixed headache syndrome and misleading cases.Timepoint: 1 year
