Intervention1: GROUP I Gluteal and quadriceps muscle strengthening: Participants will be treated for 5 weeks, 5 sessions per week, each session lasting for 15 minutes. GLUTEAL MUSCLE STRENGTHENING

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age group: 18-24 years 2)Both males and females are included 3)Anterior reach asymmetry greater than 4 cm between the limbs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Neurological disorder 2)Vestibular disorder 3)Visual disorder 4)If currently participating in any balance training or lower or abdominal core muscle strengthening program. 5)History of lower limb injury in 6 months leading up to the study. 6)History of any lower limb surgery in past one year.
