Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age above 18 years 2. Duration of symptoms > 3 months 3.Minimum 50% increase in grip strength with trial application of therapist delivered MWM at first evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bilateral lateral epicondylalgia 2. History of recent upper quadrant fractures 3. Any neurological condition 4. Positive tests for mechanosensitivity of either radial, ulnar or median nerves 5. History of any other musculoskeletal dysfunction of the upper quadrant 6. Congenital or acquired deformities of the upper limb 7. Contraindication to manual therapy
