Interventions

Intervention1: Pain Education: All patients will receive conventional physiotherapy treatment. It will include thermo therapy, Neck isotonic exercises. The study group will also receive pain education

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nonspecific chronic neck pain Pain more than 3 months duration Both Males and females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with spinal fracture or deformity 2. Neuropathic Pain 3.Acute neck pain 3. Patients unwilling to sign consent form
