Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pain in lateral side of elbow Tenderness present around elbow joint If the test for lateral epicondylitis is positive Symptoms persist for 6 week to 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Tuberculosis,Hepatitis B, AIDS, syphilis, Heamophilia & Anticoagulant treatment Pregnancy & lactation, Uncontrolled Diabetes ,Psychiatric disorder Surgery of the affected hand during the previous 3 month or joint replacement
