Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Patients with cleft palate undergoing palatoplasty. -Age of 6 months to 3 years. -ASA PS 1-3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Allergy to local anaesthetics -Upper respiratory tract infection -Major cardiac or pulmonary disorders -Bleeding disorders -Fasting blood sugar < 60mg/dl.
