Usually for General Anaesthesia of short duration, device called supraglottic airway are used to connect to anaesthesia work station. in Our study we are comparing two such devices called LMA Supreme & Ambu auragain for their efficacy by a randomised control trial study.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status (ASA PS) I to III and able to provide informed consent. BMI less than 40kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reduced mouth opening(inter incicor distance Unfit for using a SUPRA GLOTTIC AIRWAY. Recent history of upper respiratory tract infection. Sore throat less than two weeks. Surgery more than 2 hours. Severe symptomatic esophageal reflux disease.
