Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Objective 1: Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants without ocular diseases 2. Age: 20 – 60 Years 3. Best Correct Visual Acuity (BCVA) 0.1 or better logMAR 4. Spherical equivalent of +/- 5 DS 5. Astigmatism error Objective 2,3 & 4: Inclusion criteria: 1. Controls: Age-matched participants without ocular diseases Case: Patients with glaucomatous VFD 2. Age: 35 – 80 Years 3. Best Correct Visual Acuity (BCVA) better than 0.2 logMAR 4. Spherical equivalent of +/- 5 DS 5. Astigmatism error

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Objective 1: Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe systemic disorders 2. Neurological disorder 3. Significant medication such as anti-depressants 4. RUDAS score 5. History of ocular surgery (except cataract) Objective 2,3 & 4: Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary glaucoma, 2. Neurological disorder 3. Significant medication such as anti-depressants 4. History of ocular surgery (except cataract) 5. RUDAS score
