Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Group I- Normotensive Prediabetes Group IA-Standard Treatment + LSM + yoga therapy, Group IB- Standard Treatment + LSM Group II- Prehypertensive Prediabetes Group IIA-Standard Treatment + LSM + yoga therapy, Group IIB- Standard Treatment + LSM Group III- Normotensive Type II Diabetes Mellitus Group IIIA-Standard Treatment + LSM + yoga therapy, Group IIIB- Standard Treatment + LSM) Group IV- Prehypertensive Type II Diabetes Mellitus Group IVA-Standard Treatment + LSM + yoga therapy, Group IVB- Standard Treatment + LSM)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypertensive patients, Diagnosed chronic respiratory and cardiovascular diseases, Chronic Kidney Disease & severe musculoskeletal problems. Pregnancy or post-partum Body mass index >= 40kg/m2. Chronic Smokers and chronic Alcoholics. Athletes by profession. Any history of previous yoga or bio feedback technique training in last 1 year.
