Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-II patients posted for elective surgery under spinal anaesthesia in supine position.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having hypertension 2. Pregnant patient, 3. Patient undergoing unilateral spinal anaesthesia. 4. Patient having intraabdominal pathology causing increase in intraabdominal pressure. 5. Patients with BMI > 30 kg/square meter. 6. Uncooperative patients.

To assess correlation between Inferior vena cava (IVC) collapsibility index;caval aorta index and hypotension after spinal anaesthesiaTimepoint: 1. Preoperative USG measurements of IVC collapsibility index and caval aorta index. 2. Systolic blood pressure, Diastolic blood pressure, Mean blood blood measurements at baseline (before giving spinal anaesthesia), 1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 4 min, 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, 20 min, 25 min, 30 min, 35 min, 40 min, 45 min, 50 min, 55 min and 60 min after giving spinal anaesthesia.
