Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-II patients posted for elective surgery under spinal anaesthesia in supine position.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having hypertension 2. Pregnant patient, 3. Patient undergoing unilateral spinal anaesthesia. 4. Patient having intraabdominal pathology causing increase in intraabdominal pressure. 5. Patients with BMI > 30 kg/square meter. 6. Uncooperative patients.
