Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Adult patients referred for specialist palliative care (SPC) consultation in ED 2)Patients newly referred for SPC consultation 3)Patients who are already registered with the oncology hospitalâ??s specialist palliative care services

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Incomplete medical records. 2)Patients not primarily registered with the oncology hospital
