Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with isolated rotator cuff repairs and willing to participate will be included ASA-physical status I/II will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiac, pulmonary, renal, hepatic diseases, allergy to local anaesthetic and coagulopathy will be excluded. Emergency patients will be excluded. Patients refusing to participate or not able to give consent will be excluded. ASA-physical status III or more will be excluded
