Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA (American Society of Anaesthesiologists) physical status of I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with morbid obesity, history of smoking or chronic respiratory disease, bronchial asthma, ASA physical status III and IV will be excluded from this study.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1-Changes in respiratory and cardiovascular parameters perioperatively. Timepoint: monitored at baseline and at 15 mins interval for I hr and after that hourly upto extubation and hourly in postoperative period for 4 hrs.;Radiological correlation with CT Thorax with lung ultrasoundTimepoint: POSTOPERATIVELY
