Intervention1: Homoeopathic medicines: Homoeopathic medicines in 30C, 200C, 1M, 10M Control Intervention1: Placebo: Placebo with standard treatment

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patient with no pelvic pathology causing dysmenorrhoea. 2. patients with regular menstrual periods, having mild, moderate and severe primary dysmenorrhoea.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients of secondary dysmenorrhoea. 2. patients on oral contraceptive pills or corticosteroids. 3. patients with history of systemic illness.
