Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients more than 18 years of age - Lumbar disc herniation - Low Socioeconomic Status, Patientâ??s not willing for Surgery, Patientâ??s not willing to follow Postoperative Rehabilitation Protocol - Willing to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cauda equina syndrome, gross motor neurological deficit, multilevel disc prolapse ( >2 levels), contralateral radiculopathy, bilateral radiculopathy, predominant axial pain, high lumbar disc prolapse (above L3-4), spondylolisthesis and radiculopathy due to trauma, infections, or tumors.
