Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Sedentary elderly people with no habit of regular exercise for more than 1hour per week. 2)Age group 60 to 79 3)Both male and female subjects 4)MoCA score 10-25 5)Both the hypertensive and non-hypertensive individuals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Berg balance score � 20 2)Any other neurological or orthopedic conditions 3)Visual impairments 4)Hearing problems 5)History of stroke, angina, cardiac surgeries 6)Stage 2 hypertension- Systolic BP � 160mmHg or diastolic BP � 100mmHg 7)Marked dementia
