Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients above 18years 2.Elective surgeries under general anaesthesia requiring stroke volume and cardiac output monitoring

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients refusing informed consent 2.Patents with pre-existing valvular heart disease,intracardiac shunts or ejection fraction less than 30% 3.Cardiac arrhythmias 4.Peripheral valvular heart disease
