Intervention1: Muscle Energy Technique: THE SUBJECTS INCLUDED IN GROUP 1 (MET) WERE INSTRUCTED AS FOLLOWS : MET will be given4 weeks, 3days/ week. Post-isometric relaxation technique will be applied

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age limit 18 - 30 years. 2.Having subacute or chronic cases (4-12 weeks). 3.Both male and female. 4.NDI score of 5.NPRS score > 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of cervical radiculopathy or myelopathy. 2.History of cervical and thoracic spine fracture or dislocation. 3.History of cervical spine surgery in previous 12 months 4.Signs of serious pathology (eg : malignancy, inflammatory disorders, infection) 5.Vascular syndromes such as basilar insufficiency.
