Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All children experiencing chronic urticarial symptoms aged more than 2 years and less than 12 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. All cases of inducible urticarias. 2. All cases of autoimmune urticarias. 3. Patients diagnosed clinically as urticarial vasculitis 4. Patients of urticaria with history of anaphylaxis. 5. All patients with severe and moribund illness due to any causes. 6. Patients unwilling to participate in the study.
