Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologically proven head and neck cancer of all histology 2. 18 years or older 3. ECOG PS 0-2 4. Able to understand and provide consent 5. De novo oligometastatic disease or oligorecurrent disease with controlled primary 6. DFI of atleast 6 months for oligorecurrent disease. 7. Up to 5 metastatic lesions involving a maximum of 3 organ sites.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recurrence at primary site 2. Diffuse metastatic spread confined to an organ
