Intervention1: Breathing technique : subject will be asked to do first deep breathing exercise for 5 minutes .Then Nadishodhana pranayama is given for 5 minutes,Bhastrika pranayama given for 10 minute

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students of age 18 to 24 years Both Male and female Screen time 3 to 6 hours per day Mental fatigue detected by using mental fatigue scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mental fatigue scale less than 10 and more than 40 Psychiatric problems like bipolar mood disorder,mental handicap,schizophrenia
