Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I TO III, FRACTURE FEMUR SURGERIES, BMI 18.5-23.9

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PATIENT REFUSAL BLEEDING DIATHESIS HISTORY OF DRUG HYPERSENSITIVITY TO LOCAL ANAESTHESIA LOCAL INFECTION AT INJECTION SITE SEPTICAEMIA
