Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I/II/III BMI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gastro esophageal reflux disease or obstructive sleep apnoea. Preoperative sore throat or Upper respiratory tract infection since last 10 days Mouth opening Any fascial,laryngeal and pharyngeal anatomy problem.
