Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA GRADE I,II,III ELECTIVE NEUROSURGICAL CASES UNDER GENERAL ANAESTHESIA OR REGIONAL ANAESTHESIA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA GRADE IV EMERGENCY SURGERIES SURGERIES UNDER LOCAL ANAESTHESIA AGE BELOW 18 YEARS AND ABOVE 70 YEARS
