Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient willing to participate in the trial and sign the consent form Body mass index(BMI) 25-40kg/m2(male) 25-40kg/m2(female) Waist circumference >90(male) cm >80 cm(female)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are not willing for trial. 2. Patient below the age of 18 years and above 50 years. 3. Patients suffering from stage II hypertension (>= 160/100 mmHg) and diabetic patient having FBS > 200 mg/dl & Hypothyroidism, BMI of 40 or higher 4. Patient associated with major medical diseases like cancer, concurrent infection like tuberculosis etc. 5. Patients with genetic and endocrinal disorder,Steroids dependents, chronic disorder like paralysis, cancer,HIV AIDS. renal failure, hepatic failure & IHD. 6. Pregnant & lactating women
