Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: More than 6-month post stroke, Both right and left sided hemiplegic patient are included, Ischemic stroke is included, Independent gait ability with or without walking aid for a minimum of 10 m.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of previous stroke or other neurologic diseases or disorders, Any comorbidity or disability other than stroke that precluded gait training, Uncooperative patient, Medically unstable patient, Pain radiating to the limb, Fracture.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
As a primary outcome patients have poor trunk control, balance and walking ability.Timepoint: 4 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
As a secondary Secondary outcome walking ability will be evaluated by core muscle strengthening exercise. Those are measured by 10MWT and TUG test.Timepoint: 4 weeks
