Intervention1: Plinth trunk exercises: Progressive trunk exercises such as Pelvic bridge, the unilateral bridge, the flexion rotation of the upper and lower trunk in supine position. Selective flexion
rotation of the upper and the lower trunk, weight shifts
forward and lateral reach are included in both sitting and supine positions in a plinth for 10 sessions.
Control Intervention1: Physio ball exercises: Progressive trunk exercises such as Pelvic bridge
forward and lateral reach are included in both sitting and supine positions in a physio ball for 10 sessions.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Post stroke patient, Patient with poor static and dynamic standing balance, Ischemic stroke, Both right and left hemiplegic, Able to communicate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Medically unstable, Any deformity, contracture, surgical condition, Any spinal deformity, Cognitive, visual, hearing problem, Multiple stroke.
