Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.who had confirmed diagnosis of PCOS 2. exhibited the 2003 Rotterdam Criteria for PCOS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Use of hormonal pills or insulin sensitizing within the past 3 months 2. menopausal women 3.presences of another diagnosed endocrine disease 4. pregnancy or breastfeeding within the past 6 months 5.deafness or vision problem 6.participants who are unwilling to give consent.
