Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Prediagnosed cases of essential hypertension. 2) Patients with Stage-1 Hypertension(according to 2017ACC/AHA/AAPA/ABC/ACPM/AGS/APhA/ASH/ASPC/NMA/PCNA guidelines)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients suffering from any major systemic disorder. 2) Patients who are not able to do yoga exercises or not cooperative.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Control of High Blood Pressure after one month of intervention in Grade-1 hypertensive patients.Timepoint: 30-45 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Yoga modalities(Pranayam, suryanamaskar,shavasana) can be advised as a preventive measure for hypertension.Timepoint: 8 months
