Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Amercian society of anethesiologist grade 1,2 patients undergoing surgery under general anethesia with endotracheal tube intubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: uncontrolled diabetic ,hypertension ischemic heart disease known allergy to drug
