Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of spondyloathropathy according to ASAS criteria Above 16 years of age Able to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic illness(TB,Hematologic malignacies ,cardiac disease )that interfere with crp and esr measurements. Mechanical back pain Diagnosed case of peripheral neuropathy
