Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA scores I-II undergoing elective infraumbilical surgeries under spinal anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women 2. Patients having neck contracture 3. Patient refusal.
