Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly (aged 60 years and above) having difficulty in stair climbing as assessed using Barthelââ?¬•s, ADL score.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Elderly who had fracture (spine and lower limb) in last 6 months. 2) Self-reported I. terminally ill conditions like malignancy, CKD II. any residual paralysis due to stroke, spinal cord injury or other neurological conditions III. cardiopulmonary conditions like coronary artery disease (recent MI, ongoing unstable angina)
