Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All patients having LRTI with indication for bronchoscopy 2) Non-resolving pneumonia (Failure of resolution of radiological opacity by 50% in 2 weeks or completely in 4 weeks in spite of adequate antibiotic therapy) 3) Suspected cases of pulmonary TB (sputum negative)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Hemodynamic instability 2) Coagulopathy 3) Platelet count 4) Tested RT-PCR/TRUENAT positive for SARS-CoV-2 5) Patients with recent history of myocardial infarction, unstable angina or arrhythmias 6) Inability to cooperate during the procedure
