Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective Functional endoscopic sinus Surgery for chronic sinusitis under general anaesthesia. Patient with ASA CLASS I or II Patient without co-morbidity Patient aged 18-55years Patient with written and informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with ASA CLASS III/IV/V. Patients with co morbidities Non consenting Patients. Patients on cardiovascular medications. Patients taking anti hypertensive ââ?¬â??beta blockers. Patients on anti platelet agents and drugs affecting co-aggulation.
