Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recently diagnosed patients of type 2 DM patients irrespective of gender and who are willing to take medicine Age group within 30-80 years Patients with fasting blood sugar level more than 126mg/dl and post prandial more than 200mg/dl with presence of sugar in urine Patients with HbA1C value more than 6.4% Patients having sign and symptoms of Madhumeha

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: K/C/O type 1 DM Gestational Diabetes K/C/O BPH K/C/0 Ketoacidosis, diabetic coma,acute infection anywhere in the body and gangrene Patients on Insulin and steroid Therapy Patients with any major systemic diseases like carcinoma tuberculosis K/C/O immunocompromised patients or patients on immunosuppressant drugs Emergency conditions

Vidang Rajanyadi ghanavati and Haridradi tail matrabasti are not effective or equivalent in management of MadhumehaTimepoint: Ghanavati 4gm twice a day before food Matrabasti 48 ml i.e. 50ml for 9 days in each month for 3 months
