Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged above 18 years. Both male and female who are diagnosed with chronic kidney disease not on dialysis. Both inpatients and outpatients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are having psychiatric, other terminal illnesses and cognitive impairments. Pregnant and lactating women. Patients who are receiving hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. Patients who underwent kidney transplantation surgery.
