Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All third-year undergraduate medical students presenting for training to the Department of Anesthesiology of a tertiary care hospital who have done less than 5 intubations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Undergraduate Students likely to graduate within 06 months

To compare the chance of success of glottic visualization and endotracheal intubation with video laryngoscopy versus direct laryngoscopy when performed by novice intubators undergoing simulator-based training for normal and difficult airway scenariosTimepoint: Initially the success of intubation will be compared on the first day itself, baseline and then compared again after 06 months.—
