Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient having the symptoms of nidranash. • Shirogaurav • Akshijadya • Glaani • Angamarda • Jrimbha • Bhrama • Apakti • Tandra 2. Patients of either sex will be taken for study. 3. Patients between 50-70 years. 4. Patients of insomnia with controlled HTN,controlled Diabetes,mild depression and mild anxiety, disorders without complications of any diseases will be included for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with major psychiatric illness like schizophrenia, epilepsy etc. 2. Patients with major systemic disorders. 3. Patients suffering from malignancy. 4. Patients with prolonged medication like corticosteroids, anti depressants, stimulants, anticonvulsants, antipsychotics or any other drug that may influence on the outcome of study. 5. Patients with alcohol dependency are excluded.
