Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Post-partum women (up to 1.5 months) Normal vaginal delivery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI > 30 kg/m2 Cesarean section. Chronic low back pain before pregnancy. Any neurological impairment that could influence muscle activity. Rheumatologic or connective tissue disease. History of an inguinal, femoral, or umbilical hernia. Previous abdominal surgery or spinal surgery.
