Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 25-60 Years Sex: Male/Female/Transgender Pain in the heel The pain worsens in the early morning and the patient is unable to bear weight on the foot on getting up from bed. Calcaneal spur in Radiological investigation. Patients willing for Uloga suttigai therapy and willing to participate in study of signing consent by fulfilling the conditions of proforma. Patients who are already undergoing regular treatment for Kuthikaal Vatham (Plantar fasciitis) will be included in the trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: H/o Rheumatoid arthritis Pregnancy and lactation Any Malignancy External wound/injuries Presence of local infection or skin disease on the proposed site of suttigai Patient with any other serious illness

Outcome of the study will be measured by reduction in clinical symptoms by using Foot Function Index Scale.Timepoint: Forty eighth day
