Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1] Age group 21- 40 years. 2] Both gender. 3] Forward neck posture, rounded shoulder 4] Neck pain since 2 months. 5] Cranio vertebral angle less than 50 degree

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1] Degenerative changes of spine. 2] History of fracture of cervical spine. 3] Tumors or malignancies. 4] Neurological impairment of upper limb 5] Any shoulder pathology causing limitation of movement
